The Hawkhills provides modern facilities and convenient accommodation for all your conference and business events.
Whilst situated in a peaceful countryside setting, it offers great facilities and modern technology to make sure your conference runs effortlessly.
Supported by a dedicated conference coordinator, you can plan and deliver your event to your exact specifications.
And with ample free and secure parking, as well as the option of on-site accommodation, your delegates will enjoy a hassle-free event.
Our flexible conference facilities are set within delightful grounds featuring our own apple orchard and woodland – which are yours to use at your own leisure.
Our Lecture Theatre can seat up to 150 people and we have 15 seminar rooms, including 4 adjoining rooms that can accommodate up to 80 attendees at a time.
Throughout your event, we provide refreshments that can be accessed from our Coffee Lounge.
Set up and take down couldn’t be easier. To facilitate loading and unloading, we have vehicular access and plenty of space for deliveries. Moreover, our dedicated event support service ensures the smooth execution of your events and assists you in taking full advantage of our IT and AV equipment.

All the facilities within our Lecture Theatre have been designed to offer maximum flexibility, whether used for a conference, training, meeting or corporate event.
